Efusjon Energy club is in the process of emailing their distributors that they have decided to cease operations in the direct sales and network marketing aspects of the business. While this is devastating news for those who were involved with the company this process happens a lot in the industry.
First of all let me say how sorry I am to hear this if you have been affected. This happen to me about a month into a company I joined earlier this year. Stay strong through this difficult period and try your best not to blame your upline as they are just as unaware as you were this was going to happen.
Now is the time to regroup and not allow this sad news to defeat you. Focus instead on the skills you’ve learned your time in this company and how you can use what you’ve learned to move forward with your business. You see, all of us involved in network marketing companies are still just representatives of that company and we must develop our talents and skills beyond that company even if we love it.

The biggest problem most marketers have online is a lack of leads. To become a successful internet marketer you really must understand that your success online is directly tied to steady lead flow. This is more important than the size of your leads database. You must have a steady flow of daily leads to have a successful online business.
There are a multitude of ways of generating leads from free strategies like article and video marketing to paid strategies like Pay Per Click advertising on Google, Yahoo, Bing and FaceBook. The most important point to understand about lead generation is that the message that you deliver must be compelling enough for someone to want to join your list. That’s lead generation in its simplest form. The way to insure that your message is compelling to the target market is by solving a problem your target market is experiencing.
If you can compose a message which solves a problem or gets results for the target market you will generate leads. So how do you do that? It’s simple if you understand your market. Simply sit in front of your computer and think about what your target market would search for online. Once you understand what they are searching for you can now determine where they hang out online.
You will find that many hang out in forums or groups in FaceBook, MySpace or LinkedIn. Now that you know where they hang out, join some of those groups and forums. Read and learn from the conversations posted in these forums or groups. You will find a pattern of wants, needs, frustrations and desires developing in the conversations. Take that information and begin to develop your message accordingly.
Keep in mind, your message must solve an issue for the target market or you don’t get leads. In essence your message must solve:
A Frustration
A Challenge
A Desire
If your message is compelling enough you will find yourself with more leads than you can call. This is the position you want to be in your business. Being at this state in your business will allow you to concentrate on building relationships with those leads so that they will begin to know, like and trust you.
Lead generation is not difficult; you just need to understand your market to get leads. The more you understand about your market and the more you can address them with compelling messages the more steady flow of leads you will gather on a daily basis.

Establish an income goal you would like to reach in 30, 60, 90 days, 1 year and 2 years from now.
Work backwards from that goal to develop your aggressive marketing strategies.
